The factory Porsche valve stem supports are aluminum. They do not come with new Fuchs wheels, so you have to order them separately. Install them before taking the wheels in for balancing. If your valve stem supports get bent by the tire shop, you can straighten them out and re-install them on the wheels with 3M household double sided foam tape.
