Jun 12, 2019 · The customer service reps on the phone are very helpful and said they would send a replacement phone to my local T-Mobile store for me to exchange free of charge. HOWEVER... today I received a call from some angry woman at the local T-Mobile store telling me that the new replacement phone had arrived. "Great", I thought.

After many years of being a T-Mobile customer, I was forced to look for a cheaper plan and was told I had the cheapest one available. I am on a very limited budget and because I do not need anything beyond a phone occasionally (I am old and do not need any other services.....just a phone), I switched to Consumer Cellular several months ago.

On day you could order or upgrade to S8 active I went online to place my order and over about a 6 hour period I tried many times to order and it would always get to page where you check all 4 agree to boxes and hit submit button.
