What are the best support gems to use with bear/fire traps? As per topic. I've heard conflicting reports that gems like Iron Will, increased critical strikes and increased critical damage don't work with bear trap.

Just curious if support gems like increased radius and concentrated effect work with traps. does it work with a fire traps aoe fire explosion, or does it increase the trigger radius of a trap, or maybe reduce it but make it do more damage? i dont have the aoe gems to try it out on my traps, but was curious.
