Sep 22, 2019 · I can see that these feelings show no signs of going away, so I have booked a GP appointment. I have also contacted PANDAS but they have only been able to chat to me remotely as there are no PND support groups in Aberdeen. Are there none at all?? Has anyone had any success with getting referred for counselling by their GP?
