Jul 15, 2014 · My experience is this Blue Snap formerly known as Plimus. Bluesnap.com change thier name for a reason. I believe it was because Plimus has a bad history of customer service. Bluesnap.com needed a new change but beware it's still the same company and still the same customer service.
