Mar 10, 2014 · the Bandwidth Limiter is an option that needs to be installed - it's not there by default. Head over to Tools and Settings (or Server if you're using Power User View), select Updates and Upgrades, then Add Components. You'll find the Bandwidth Limiter in the list. However the only options Plesk gives me are "Maximum bandwidth usage" and "limit connections". Maximum bandwidth usage is the total bandwidth used by a domain while connections is the number of connections (obviously). What I want to do is limit the speed to 200kb/s irrespective of how many people are accessing the domain.
