Almost all games support Remote Play. The exceptions are Dragonball Xenoverse and, as you mentioned, Gundam Breaker 3. The fact that it's possible for publishers to disable Remote Play means that if you want to be sure, you'll need to check for each new game.

Vita was built with PS4, not 3. 3 was not built with remote play with Vita in mind, 4 was. This is the internet, not serious business yo. It's funny, people say Vita has no games, yet defend a port to no end like MH3U, then hate on P4: Golden like its a direct, direct port. Hilarious irony.
