I like that if your last battery is dead it can be plugged into the system to charge while playing. Jun 05, 2014 · Well from what I found, the regular XB1 controller you buy only comes with a controller and batteries, while the plug and charge play kit comes with rechargeable kit and the actual wire you need to connect it to pc. The problem is, IIRC, the play and charge kit for 360 required a seperate dongle/receiver for pc in order to get it to work.
