Philips support is abysmal. They no longer support Velo1, Velo 500, Nino 300, Nino 500 to any real degree. If you manage to find one new in a store, understand you will be using it with minimal support. They DO have a tech guy. We exchanged 3 e-mails before he would send me the URL (web address) for drivers for my Velo 500.
