    Hey. using Qemu flag + core2duo emulated CPU works very well. However at least 'Penryn' is needed for Sierra. Choosing the 'qemu' flag with penryn will result in OSX running @ 25% of realtime. without flag it runs at ~1000% of realtime.

    That motherboard will not support a Penryn CPU without bios modification. That motherboard also has an unreliable CPU chip. If you would like a motherboard with Penryn support I can get you one however it is a bit difficult finding one with the newer GPU chip.
