    Sep 18, 2004 · Sound emulation would be great and all, but with the problems it creates and the horrible sound quality, it's really not worth it. Even when I use VirtualPC on my real Mac, sound is choppy, and slows the system down. Hardly worth it on that. There are other features that would be more useful and more likely to work in PearPC.

    I was about to convert it to sdl_sound to see if that would=20 fix things but I got no time to even start. Dean, did you try to write the sound buffer to disc=20 to examine it with an audio program. Maybe it's not the sound buffer or timing but bad=20 buffer position returned to client os. Jens
