Web Server's lib directory too has pcre library and looks like this is getting used. That means you must have configured the Web Server to use PHP as NSAPI plugin.

Can't install, as PCRE UTF-8 support is shown as no.On the other hand, pcretest -C command on my linux server shows it's been compiled with UTF-8 support, among other stuff. I would really appreciate if you'd tell me where to look, because I have no idea.
