Mar 10, 2014 · I have a "regular" PCIe device, it doesn't need any special PCIe driver, it is fully functional in Linux with hot plug, but same HW with Windows 7, it doesn't even show on device mgr after I hot plug in the device and rescan, then I reboot it, it works. so question is does Windows really support PCIe hotplug?
