Support Squad is a SCAM!!! We were ripped off by Support Squad through purchase of AT&T Uverse service. Same thing - $9.99 per month. The bank is involved with dispute for credit card fraud to reverse the fees. Support Squad has told the bank that AT&T authorized the charges. AT&T says they did not, we are stuck paying the bill.
