They actually have people answer the phone at tech support? I think every time I've called I've left a message. They have always called me back. Sometimes it is the same day, sometimes the day after, usually two days after, sometimes two weeks after I called.

Ha !!! I was told I would get a call from a Tech after they called and told me our SMA expired 2 years ago which is funny because the company JUST purchased this machine in December of 2014....after she realized "oh yeah your SMA is good" I was told "A tech will be calling you"....I think we're going on over 2 weeks with NO phone call.
