Feb 08, 2013 · As far as i know item Rarity IS a support gem which increases the rarity of items killed with the spell/skill the Item-Rarity-Gem is supporting, so no you can not stack it and yes it is a support skill and no again your stats do not change.

You cannot stack multiple support gems on the same power. For instance you cannot link 2 added fire damage with Burning Arrow to add twice the Fire Damage. The stronger of the gems takes precedence. However, both gems WILL recieve xp, and will increase the mana cost. Adds chaos damage to a skill.

Sep 12, 2017 · Item rarity and quantity works like this : Item quantity increases the chance of a fallen enemy to drop additional items. Then when those item drop, the increased rarity will give you a chance for the item to drop a rarity higher. Liek if a white item drops, it might drop blue instead etc.
