I'm wondering what support gems currently work with blood rage? I know of some such as reduced mana, blood magic and increased duration, however I'm wondering what else works with the skill. for instance, do the item rarity/item quality gems work with the skill, so when I kill something with blood rage active I have increased item rarity/quantity?

The only support you'd use for blood rage is blood magic which will just use life instead of mana if you've reserved all your mana. If you don't like the degen of blood rage, get life leech and life regen from the tree. Edit: enhance and inc duration

Jun 20, 2019 · The builds that need blood rage for attack speed boost are the ones already using things like abyssus because they need to boost harder hitting aspect of their build and their build does not have enough speed. If the blood rage degen just worked independent of gear like abyssus there would be no problem what so ever.
