Oct 24, 2017 · Well, Win7 users should already be on Win7 SP1, which is required for Paint.NET. Win8.1 is really “Win8 SP1” 🙂 Win8.0 is already out of support and deprecated by Microsoft, but 8.1 will still be supported for awhile.
