Aug 31, 2011 · Paetec was just acquired by Windstream and it couldnt have happened at a better time. The customer service is awful. They have clearly laid off as many people as possible to prop up the financials to make things look good to close the acquisition. Ive never seen a technicsal company who has worse support.1/5(3)
