The Oracle Database on HP-UX on PA-RISC is supported under Oracle's Lifetime Support Policy. This means you will be able to receive Oracle's support as long as you have paid for support. Over time, per Oracle's Lifetime Support Policy, products move from Premium to Extended to Sustaining Support.

To my knowledge, there is nothing known about future support for PA-RISC in the public sector. If I had to guess, I'd bet that 11iv4 when it appears will only offer Itanium (Integrity) support and in part this is the reason for the 11.31 support extension.
