Aug 18, 2010 · I know you can get discounted Oyster Card on JSA and IS, but do you have to be on full Income Support to get cheap travel? My friend who's a carer receives Carer's Allowance but only £11.00 Income Support as he receives money from an industrial injury.

Jan 02, 2009 · Londoners on Income Support, who are not already receiving any free or discounted travel concessions, may be able to travel for half price. They need an Oyster card, backed up by a photocard, which confirms they receive Income Support. The photocard is available from the post office.
