Aug 10, 2018 · Carers Oxfordshire . Action for Carers and Oxfordshire County Council's Customer Service Centre work jointly to provide the free Carers Oxfordshire service. Working with partners Guideposts and Rethink, the service provides telephone support, face to face visits, 'time out for carers' service and peer support groups.
