Oct 16, 2019 · Could it be that in the image you deplyed, somehow the admin account is being installed as the default? Not sure why this would happen on some computers and not others, but it sounds as if you have a solution in hand.

Jun 30, 2008 · By the way, it appears that Word is being used as the editor for Outlook in this case. And, when I use the help function in Outlook and search on permissions or folders almost everything it pulls up says you must have Exchange for the instructions to be valid.

I am using outlook 2003 off an exchange 2003 server. I am logged in as admin and can send an email to a distribution list ok from a shared contacts entry. The user can select the same entry but gets "an internal support funtion returned an error" when they try send.
