Feb 14, 2014 · I replaced the hard drive in my MacBook 13ac OS X" late 2009. I am trying to reinstall th OS and applications from th CDs that came with the computer. When I start the computer and try to install the OS, it starts to install, after about 2-3 minutes I get the following message. Install Failed. Mac OS X could not be installed on your computer.
