Nov 22, 2010 · Hi, I'm trying to customize/extend the iSupport module (iSupport Primary User resposnisbility -> Account -> Returns). The requirement is when the user clicks on the "Return Items" button I have to fire a custom validation on the item. I understand that iSupport is a not a OAF page, but a regular JSP page.
