Since 10g is already on the market, can we migrate directly from 8i to 10g (I could not find related 10g document). This is very important for us to make our decision. May 23, 2005 · Does anyone know where i can still download a copy of Oracle 8i (8.1.7)? I looked at the oracle website and its only got 9i and 10g stuff on there. Oracle's policy is to only make current versions available. This applies to both downloading and shipping physical disks. I'd be surprised if 9i stays there for too much longer.
