Apr 09, 2014 · The award rate is $17 per day of on-call. weekdays and $32 per day weekends or public holidays If we get called ( IE problem resolved over the phone ) it is supposed to be 1 hour @ the applicable OT rate depending on when we are called, eg : Saturday afternoon the rate would be 1.5 .. Saturday 6.30 Pm the rate is 2.0 our normal hourly rate.

Nov 16, 2014 · The on-call staff are on-call for 2 weeks at a time. They rarely get called. In the last year it has been on average 1 call per fortnight and they generally resolve the call within 30 minutes. It's a pretty simple support environment with most calls being a password reset or support for someone logging into the VPN, etc.
