5101:12-1-15 Support enforcement tracking system. Child support enforcement can't catch up to him. What I have: a court order and a current location (not address) and a cell phone number (non-trackable). Police aren't cooperating, the system doesn't work without a tracking device, like a tax-paying job or car payment, credit cards, etc. I do have current communication and 1500 miles between.
