Oct 17, 2018 · I had a child support modification hearing in columbus Oh (Franklin County) on August 3, 2017 to reduce my child support payments since I am temporarily laid off from work. Child Support is taking half of my unemployment checks. It is now September 29th and the judge still hasn't made any decision on what to reduce my child support payment too.
