May 08, 2019 · Office 365 problems with poor support from microsoft I have an office 365 account which 2 days ago automatically upgraded my "Word-Power Point-Excell etc" programs without warning me. They did not even ask if I wanted to be upgraded like they usually do. Since this time, I have had trouble with these programs.
