Mar 22, 2013 · My new computer (6 months old) had to have the hard drive replaced. Some files were gone and other files now show a DOCX and I am unable to open and see these files. I had to reinstall Office XP version 2002. When talking with tech. support, they said I would have to download a patch. Please advise. Thank you.
