English 1.69 Critical rebuild for game with both expansions only. Notes: If you have the Diamond Edition (GOG distributed), you still need to install this patch. The Diamond Edition is bugged and is missing many files from patch 1.69, that can lead into crashing and other issues.

Jul 15, 2011 · Hello, I've not played Neverwinter for a while now and wanted to get back into it, the problem being that I can't update to the 1.69 Patch. The nwn updater doesn't work and is giving me a link for the Critical rebuild which doesn't work anymore because Bioware seem to have got rid of all Neverwinter Nights based webpages!

Sep 03, 2013 · I just tried to install and update Neverwinter Nights, but am stuck. It's the Diamond Edition, btw. I installed the game, but like it's been said, the update freezes at update 1.66.

Dec 10, 2004 · I own NeverWinter Nights Gold with the Hordes of the Underdark expansion installed on top of that. Last night, I had to fix my game by downloading a new driver. I hadn't yet installed Hordes of the Underdark because I thought that it may have been causing some of the problems that I was experiencing before I fixed the game.

The updates are still available through Atari, the actual publisher of NWN. If you look at Bioware's site they even link to Atari's support site under the NWN entry. It's right under "Patches." Bellum_Sacrum posted... Yeah, only EA had nothing to do with this game.
