The Nvidia Control Panel reports that "Your graphics card and display are HDCP-capable." However, Cyberlink's BD Advisor reports that the graphics card driver doesn't pass the BD Ready test. I've tried multiple Nvidia drivers: 332.21, 337.81 (beta) and even the WDDM 1.1 driver via Windows Update). Same issue with all drivers.

Oct 30, 2009 · I recently swapped out monitors on this pc and hooked up an LG WT1952TQ-TF that is a year old. When I go into the Nvidia Control Panel it says that the monitor isn't HDCP compliant, but I know that it is (I even looked up the monitor to confirm that it is).

Jun 07, 2014 · Well, based on the fact that the Nvidia Control Panel reports that my HDCP status is good, and the fact that multiple playback programs (WinDVD, Windows Media Player) refuse to play Blurays (or even DVDs!), It appears that HDCP support in Nvidia's drivers is broken. Or, at the very least, it is not properly reporting HDCP status.

As I was troubleshooting the issue to see why it was crashing, it was suggested on the forums to check the HDCP support status, and I noticed in the Nvidia control panel that under "View HDCP Status" it was giving an error: "A repeater is connected to your system" So I was at a lost.

The specs tell me it is HDCP-compatible via the DVI-D port, but when using the supplied DVI-D Dual Link cable with my GTX 780 graphics card, the NVIDIA Control Panel tells me that "This display does not support HDCP."
