Mar 11, 2019 · Nvidia customers who use 3D Vision should stay on Release 418 to use the technology until 2020. Support will be dropped completely in April 2020 by Nvidia. While it is still possible to stay on the then-outdated and unsupported driver to continue using 3D Vision, it is not recommended to do so because of the lack of support.

Jul 21, 2016 · Hey all, I've gone ahead and purchased a GTX 1070. I love my R9 390, but the AMD drivers on Linux are... well, mediocre at best. Anyway, I was wondering if there is an 'optimal' distro for Nvidia drivers? As in, what distro breaks with Nvidia drivers the least? I don't care if it's Ubuntu, Mint, Fedora, or Arch. (Not Gentoo, lol) Any recommendations and thoughts would be great!
