Oct 30, 2014 · I have two Windows 2008 servers where one connects to a share on the other one. I have analysed the network traffic and I can see that the Negotiate Protocol Request package includes SMB 2.002 and SMB 2.??? (and earlier versions as well of course), but the Negotiate Protocol Response package shows that other server chooses NT LM 0.12. Why is that?
