Sep 02, 2011 · I have a notice of intent to levy against me issue by the child support enforcement agency in florida. They have attached my bank account. I understand they can and will go after other assets. I have a car with some equity in it and a home with a mortgage in my name however the home is titled to my current wife.

Oct 31, 2011 · I received a Notice of Intent to Levy which was printed on 10/25/11. The state of Florida sent a notice of freeze to my bank on the same date, 10/25/11. Within this Notice of Intent to Levy notification, it is stated that the Levy will proceed unless the obligor (myself) pay the past due amount within 21 days. My question is...Is this illegal?
