Aug 30, 2011 · Go Intel, Samsung, Crucial. If you have SATA 3, right now the Crucial M4 is probably the best, certainly from a price/performance standpoint while maintaining excellent reliability. Samsung has a SATA 3 drive due out in October, if it is anything like the 470 drive, it will be terrific as well.
