Internet Explorer does not support feeds with DTDs. Got this message in IE 7 when tried add feeds. Ya know - Mozilla doesnt support behaviors, or the popup, or CSS Expressions. behaviors allowed you to get png transparency, years and years ago.

The feed looked fine until I subscribed. However, that is not the same symptom that the OP is reporting. But it is one which has been reported to Fissues before...
