Jun 10, 2008 · Anyway, it comes with Cubase LE (recording software by Steinberg) and I installed the Audiobox and Cubase LE. When I loaded Cubase LE I got the message "The currently installed soundcard driver does not support Direct Sound Input. Recording audio is not possible." I am using a new computer running on windows Vista.

Oct 27, 2017 · Changing channels helps to match up the audio sound and video. If you have a DVR, rewind the program you are watching. Go back a few seconds, then fast-forward back to live broadcast. Double check that it is not the surround sound system. Try using the TV speakers only to test if the surround sound system is causing the issue.

Sep 19, 2016 · I've reviewed both sound preferences for Audition (audio channel mapping, audio hardware selection, selecting the R button before recording, making sure a valid input was selected in a multitrack recording before recording) and Mac OS (when going to sound input my mic is selected and levels are detected in the OS).

Aug 25, 2015 · It may be the case that my sound chipset on this motherboard doesn't support direct recording, though I've never seen one that didn't. This motherboard is new, and I only had a previous version of Windows (Windows 7) on it long enough to upgrade to Windows 10, so I don't know if the option was there in Windows 7 on this hardware or not.
