Jun 17, 2004 · When I try the hasRows Property it says BC30456: 'HasRows' is not a member of 'System.Data.IDataReader'. So I tried it the way I have it here and it always acts like the datareader is empty and sets the variable accordingly. I bound the datareader to a datagrid and it did in fact have a record so it should have done trnumber + 1 but did not.
