Jun 13, 2016 · After many years using a Norton Ghost boot disk to copy one partition to another, this doesn't work with my new computer. For the first time the motherboard connectors are SATA, both for the HDD and the DVD Drive. I boot up with the Ghost disk and get a message that no DVD/CD Drive can be found, and the process stops.

I suspect that you are running an old version of Ghost. I would suggest that you contact Norton Support to find out how to work around this issue.
