Sep 01, 2007 · Flagrant non-support is a class D felony. Even if you feel that you are doing the best that you can, the courts look at potential earnings. You did not say if you tried petitioning to the court to have your support payments lowered but this might be an option for you if you have not already tried this.

Dec 07, 2019 · The Upgrade Support Charge issue happened to me as well. My Linkzone hotspot failed so I visited the local TMobile store to buy a replacement. After the sales rep checked the warranty and reported it had expired, he produced the replacement and rang up the charges. I immediately noticed and questioned the additional $20 fee.
