May 24, 2009 · No, you can't refuse a father visitation because he refuses to pay child support. But then again, he has NO choice about helping out with the money. No choice at all! If you haven't done this already, you get a good lawyer and you go to court and file for child support. Ask for it retroactively (if you haven't been getting it all along).
