    https://www.dell.com/community/Latitude/Latitude-5591-with-TB16-Dual-Monitor-Temperature-Throttling/td-p/6186178/page/2
Is this because of the TB16 or because it is just 1 monitor running 1080 instead of 2 monitors running 4K? Same setup as the previous test but this time with 1 external 4k monitor connected via HDMI. With a Twitch stream, this yields Temp0 Sensor temps around 82*C with no thermal throttling. My conclusion is the same as I posted in my other chain.

Ubuntu and Multiple Monitors - AMD Edition – Linux Academy

    https://linuxacademy.com/blog/linux/ubuntu-and-multiple-monitors-amd-edition/
This is important for several reasons: the first reason is because AMD has diminishing driver support for their models prior to the HD6xxx/7xxx series in Linux (in Windows too, but less obvious), the second reason is because as of Ubuntu 11.04 and the associated switch to XOrg, there is no default ‘xorg.conf’ file to be found on the system.
