By that I mean when I use the Next-Issue hot key, Alt-PgDn, Resharper causes the focus to move to the next issue, but when I release the alt key, the heart character is inserted at the cursor location. If I press Alt-PgDn multiple times, a different character is inserted: twice and I get the exclamation mark, thrice I will get the letter M, etc.
