Hi, I'd like to know what ' Next Business Day Support' means. Is this the same as 'Next Business Day On-Site Service' or something else? At the moment, I'm interested in a Dell-refurbished Latitude laptop on the ebay.co.uk and the actual laptop is in the US.The listing only says it has 3 years Dell Manufacturer Warranty. When I asked the seller about it, what I got were unclear answers.

Apparently the tech cannot fix anything that relates to the bottom of the laptop. Please tell me where this is explained in the On-Site Next Business Day Warranty.
