I've sent two tickets, one using their internal support system a week ago and one sent as an email 4 days ago (didn't realize they were connected). I haven't been in any contact with them previously so I don't know if they're just slow to answer or are ignoring my tickets..

Dec 05, 2015 · I’m trying to add dutplanet.net as a newznab indexer. It seems to work fine at first, in that it finds releases with this indexer. But then when it tries to download the nzb it fails. I get en errror getting nzb from indexer.
