Sep 20, 2016 · The problem is with Windows WMI. The failure happens when NetWorker uses a WMI query to get the system manufacturer information to store with the DISASTER_RECOVERY:\ saveset metadata. The WMI repository has to be fixed. If the Windows 2008 R2 client has not been patched in a long time, a lot of updates will be needed, including SP1.
