May 28, 2008 · Hello, my school has been using NetSupport since late 2005. We have had some difficulties with our computers lately and I am receiveing this message when I try to start tutor program: Cannot read file C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport School\NSM.LIC (80).Please check this file exists and is valid.
