Unfortunately, your ReadyNAS NV+ v1 is a Sparc based NAS which is the same architecture as ReadyNAs Duo v1. Sparc-based NAS is a discontinued NAS series and does not support EXT4, there is no update nor SW that will make this support EXT4. Please click here to see the same topic that was answered too. It wouldn't help with this anyway, as your NAS only supports SMB1. What you have to do is re-enable the SMB1 client in your Windows 10 PCs. If you go into add/remove programs, and look at the windows features, you should see an option to install "SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support".
